It has been ages!!

Hello everybody out in. . .erm. . . wait, wait. . .it's coming. . . I think I have a name for it. . .no. It's gone. WAIT!!! YES! I HAVE A NAME NOW! *thinks for a moment* Nope. There it went. Anyway, hello! It has been ages since I've been on this site and have been meaning to blog about something, but never got around to it. I've been busy with work (yes! I have a job!), doing a lot a stuff around the house (well, not a WHOLE lot), and now I'm getting into play practices now with the Lisbon Oper… Continue

Poems and other foolish nonsense part 2

There once was a man from Peking Who once met a girl named Veronica. Dah dah dah dah dah dah dah dah dah dah And you play it just like a harmonica. Thank you, thank you. That was entitled. . .well, it really didn't have a title at all. Have you ever tried to read something in a foreign language? I think it's kinda funny when someone with NO foreign language skills none whatsoever trying to read German. Becuase if there is a small phrase like "Ich bin lustig", that person would say, "Itch bin l… Continue

Meine Damen und Meine Herren. . .

Dieser Posten wird vollständig auf Deutsch sein. Kein Englisch. Continue

Poems and other foolish nonsense

Here are a few poems that I know of. And other foolish nonsense that I call. . . actually I can't think of the name right now, but it'll pop up later. This is just part one, ladies and gentlemen. I AM A CANDLE: I am a candle, Of yellow wax I am made. I sit here on the mantle, and calmly melt away. THE MONKEY: The monkey married the baboon's sister, he gave her a hug and then he kissed her. He kissed her so hard he raised a blister. I LIKE ROCKY ROMANCE BECAUSE: I like Rocky Romance becuase… Continue

Angels and Demons: great movie, but made a slight mistake.

Hey everybody! Well, today Mom took my friends and I up to Fargo to see Angels and Demons as part of my birthday, which is this Tuesday. Now, for those of you who have seen the movie, don't be freaking out about the blog title, it wasn't them who made the slight mistake, it was me. I made the mistake of reading the book first, and then saw the movie, so yeah. I saw some major differences in the movie. First: in the book, it was Vittoria's father that was murdered and branded. They didn't have t… Continue

complete sillines (besides the snow situation)

Hello! Hola! Hallo! Bonjour! Yes, tomorrow is April 1st and you know what that means? No, it does NOT mean April Fools' Day. It means that it's just another month and bringing with that is more bad weather. Now, either this has GOT TO STOP or I'm leaving this state and moving to Arizona or some place nice and warm like Australia and meet up with some hot guy named Bruce and meet his friends Bruce, Bruce, and Bruce. And probably with not getting confused, he'll call me Bruce as well. Oh yes, lad… Continue

Floods, Snow, and Storms. . . oh my!

Well, even though it's the end of March and April comes next week, the weather gods have not been so pleasant to us midwest folks. There's storms here and there, like in Illinois or Kansas, but the main concern for the Red River Valley is floods. Oh yes. It's probably since '97 when we had it this bad. Yesterday, the whole school (well, almost the WHOLE school) went and sandbagged. It was fun, yes, but hard work. Juniors and Seniors went first to fill up sandbags, then transported across the 27… Continue

The fricken blizzards I have to deal with here.

As some of you who live on the sunny west or east coast, you might have caught a glimpse of what was going on in the Midwest. The winds, oh my God, you can't believe how strong these winds are! Snow blowing everywhere, big snowdrifts starting to form, blowin' shit around and what not. It's probably been this bad when we had a huge blizzard in December and back when we had that BIG HUGE snow/ice storm back in '97. Now THOSE were bad times. I just want to have this blizzard situation done and take… Continue
